True strength comes when people are equal. The ability to live, love and work with respect and dignity are basic human rights, and something we should all work towards.
As with all the propaganda style posters I do, I realize that complex problems are not solved easily, but I like to use these posters to call attention to talking points that need more discussion, and that they can apply to many different conversations. It's a way that design can personalize itself to each viewer; it allows the viewer to enter into the narrative of the piece and find their own spin on it. I hope that everyone who sees this poster thinks about an inequality they see in their lives, and begins to think how they can make it better.
