REMAKE: Love Crime Detective

After some time off, Warren Ellis is challenging his minions with a new design cover version of REMAKE/REMODEL. This week: Love Crime Detective #6.

I decided to go for another typographic solution for this one, as I was being too literal when I was using a photo-based image. I also liked that the words "Love" and "Crime" kind of blended together to become "Lovecrime", kind of a doubleplus word from George Orwell's "1984" book, so I just went from there and kept it like a sterile infographic, mixed with plenty of old noir tropes.
