A very interesting Whitechapel challenge this week, re-named an ALTERNATE WORLD REMAKE. Here's the brief:
"INSTRUCTIONS:
You must design a poster for a movie called SPIDER-MAN directed by David Lynch. This is all you know.
That's it. You have one week. Begin. "
For those who may not know, David Lynch is the visionary film director behind such weird classics as ERASERHEAD, DUNE, BLUE VELVET and the popular TV series TWIN PEAKS. He is great at making very good and very weird films, so his take on Spider-Man would be..well, off center to be certain.
I wanted to keep things somewhat old school, so the images and shadows in the background are a cut out paper stencils with a flashlight shined through and photographed.

Loving this one better , the colors are more relative and visually iconic to Spiderman and given the little you had to work with you really did an amazing job teasing
